Return and exchange policy
At Alevill, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange items. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must remain in their original packaging.

If you need to start a return or exchange or encounter any issues doing that within the 30-day window, please reach out to us at contact@alevill.com mentioning your order number for a seamless process. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges. Additionally, the return shipping cost will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

Return Labels
Alevill does not provide return labels. Customers are accountable for returning the product unless it's incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective. In such instances, Alevill will provide a downloadable label for return.

Refund procedure
Once we confirm receiving the returned item, we'll promptly process your refund. Please note that it might take a few business days for refunds to reflect on your statement.
